THE MISSION:
At AGS, we focus on helping State Farm Agents, like yourself, by providing skilled Remote Sales Reps who handle all lead types—from referrals and StateFarm.com leads to Google Ad clicks and live lead transfers. These reps are trained to work every opportunity, ensuring your agency is always closing on new business. These Remote Sales Reps aren’t just any salespeople. We take them through our intensive 80-hour New Household Acquisition Training (NHAT) program, designed to mirror the rigorous training an agent would receive.
Over the course of four weeks, these reps learn every aspect of the prospecting conversation, including:
• Mastering The Hook to capture attention early in the conversation.
• Employing the Multiline Every Time strategy to ensure each conversation maximizes potential cross-selling.
• Selling small policies like Personal Auto Policies (PAP) as a lead-in to larger offerings.
• Engaging prospects’ “hot buttons” and responding with a structured 3-point takeoff.
• Successfully selling liability with Personal Liability Umbrella Policies (PLUP) on the first call.
• Pivoting to life and disability insurance appointments within 72 hours through Good Neighbor Connect.
• Applying pre-closing and closing strategies designed to move prospects through the sales cycle effectively.
